My brain is going to explode before I ever figure out which !#$@%#$% tent to get.

This one looks a lot like the one I have – which apparently rocked at Transformus:

This one has a dome-y look, as though it’d hold up to high winds, and is tall enough for me to stand up in:

However, for not much more, I could get a Shelter System. If I could just friggin’ try them out, first, to see!

This Kelty looks cool, but the reviews say it wouldn’t be good for hot weather camping, and is a struggle for one person to set up:

Other Kelty reviews also commented on “stuffiness.” In the words of one poster, “bummer.”

Addendum: Read reviews on REI, many claim it is hard to set up. But, of course, some claim it is easy. Poles are heavy and long, requiring a lot of set-up space.

The vestibule requires guidelines, which I’ve never been fond of.
